Price Transparency
In compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), we provide pricing information for our services. Our chargemaster lists the standard charges for each item or service provided to a patient. These charges apply to items and services provided by Broad Medical Group, Inc. and its providers and are updated periodically.
Please note:
- Chargemaster rates do not reflect the final amount you may be responsible for.
- Government insurance plans (Medicare/Medicaid) and commercial insurers negotiate their own contracted rates.
- Uninsured or self-pay patients may contact our office prior to receiving services to discuss estimated charges, alternative pricing, and available payment options.
Estimated Pricing for Common OBGYN Services
- Initial Consult – CPT Code: 99203 – $500
- Routine Prenatal Care Visit – CPT Code: 99213 – $250
- Post Partum Care Visit – CPT Code: 99024 – $150
- Vaginal Delivery – Bundled Services – CPT Code: 59400 – $4,500
- Cesarean Section – Bundled Services – CPT Code: 59510 – $5,500
- GYN – Annual Well-Woman Exam (New Patient) – CPT Code: 99381-99387 – $250
- GYN – Annual Well-Woman Exam (Existing Patient) – CPT Code: 99391-99397 – $250
- GYN – Office Visit (Detailed) – 30 to 44 minutes – CPT Code: 99203 – $300
- GYN – Limited Ultrasound – CPT Code: 76811 – $200
- Any OB Ultrasound with the Tech – $275

Cash Pay and Financial Assistance
For patients without insurance or those who elect not to use insurance, the following options are available:
- Gynecological Care – Individual Service pricing – see attached document for detailed pricing

- OB care – Individual service pricing – see attached document for details
Payment is expected in full prior to discharge or completion of services. For financial assistance or payment plan inquiries, please contact our billing department at 949-720-9848. A consultation with our Financial Counselor can be scheduled upon request.
No Surprises Act Compliance
We are committed to transparency and full compliance with the No Surprises Act. Uninsured or self-pay patients who schedule services at least 10 business days in advance will receive a Good Faith Estimate within 3 business days of scheduling.
Your rights include:
- The right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the expected cost of care
- The right to dispute a bill if it exceeds the estimate by $400 or more

How to Request a Good Faith Estimate
If you are uninsured or self-pay, a Good Faith Estimate will be automatically provided after scheduling your appointment. If you do not receive it within 3 business days, please contact our office immediately.
