Dr Broad is absolutely phenomenal. She is incredibly compassionate, kind, and caring towards her patients and you can really tell that it is genuine when you are with her. She takes the time to get to know you. She has an outstanding reputation in the medical field and after meeting her at my appointments I could see why. She is very knowledgeable but also really listens to you as a patient. The whole labor and delivery process at Hoag with her was very smooth. My labor/delivery involved some challenging aspects and she handled everything with skill and ease - she is very talented and I can see why she has such an outstanding reputation. I highly recommend Dr. Broad and her team for those looking for a provider for their pregnancy. I am a first time mom, 6 weeks postpartum, and had a great experience my entire pregnancy and delivery. Dr. Broad and her midwife Donna are beyond knowledgeable in their field, and I appreciated how they offered holistic/ natural solutions when I expressed concern or discomfort. They never rushed my visits and I always felt supported.

What especially stood out to me is that Dr. Broad made an effort to deliver my baby even though she wasn’t the on-call physician that day. She also came back to the hospital the next day to check on me.

Nonetheless, the office staff and medical techs were kind and supportive as well. They helped provide a warm and welcoming environment.

I noticed that some reviews mention a long wait time. During my entire pregnancy I only had 2 visits where I had to wait a long time, and that was because Dr. Broad was at the hospital delivering babies of other patients!

I cannot recommend Dr. Broad and her team enough! She came highly recommended by my primary care provider, and after learning that a friend had worked for her, I did my research before choosing who would deliver my son. From the very first appointment, I knew I was in great hands.

Dr. Broad is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive—she truly listens and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. A special shoutout to midwife Donna, who was absolutely amazing! She helped ease my fears of giving birth, answered all my questions with patience and care, and provided such a reassuring presence throughout my pregnancy.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Dr. Broad! From the very start, she showed a level of care and commitment to her patients that truly stood out. She takes the time to understand each individual’s needs, and it’s clear that her main priority is providing the best care possible. Her team, from the office staff to the hospital operating team, is outstanding—each person made my experience memorable and comforting.

Throughout my pregnancy journey, I had a few scares, but Dr. Broad and her dream team were always there to guide and support me. Words cannot express my deepest gratitude for their care, but I truly believe Dr. Broad was the key to everything going smoothly. What also stood out to me is that Dr. Broad makes it a point to deliver all her patients’ babies. I saw her frequently, which was comforting compared to my sister’s experience with her OB. I don’t think I would have trusted anyone else for this journey.

Highly recommend Dr Broad. She is the best OB, and I am so happy my wife and I used her for the birth of our daughter, who is now 6 weeks old. Every check in she came prepared, thoroughly answered our questions, was patient and always put us at ease with any concerns we had. The mid wife Donna was also amazing, as well as the nurse and receptionist. Our baby was breached, and we had a C section. During the C section there was a bit of an emergency and Dr Broad ran into the room, saved the day and delivered us a healthy baby. During my wife's post C section recovery Dr Broad was incredibly helpful as well. Overall, being first time parents we were nervous but because of Dr Broad we had such an amazing experience and dont know what we would have done without her. We have a beautiful healthy 6 week old baby and mom is doing incredible with her recovery. Amazing doctor. - 1/03/2025 

Dr. Broad, Donna, and the entire staff at Broad medical group is absolutely outstanding. I had the best birthing and pregnancy experience I could have ever imagined, and this is coming from someone whom had severe birthing trauma from my last pregnancy (different OBGYN).

Dr. Broad made sure I felt heard, safe, and taken care of not just physically but mentally and emotionally. I delivered my baby via c-section and the whole surgery and hospital stay felt like pure luxury. Dr. Broad payed me a visit at the hospital every day after my surgery to check in on me. I was referred to Broad medical group from a family friend and I am so happy I took that referral and had the delivery of my first baby with Broad medical group! Rosie at the front desk staff is so helpful, patient, and took the time to get to know me throughout my pregnancy. Blanca was also someone that I would always see and she was so kind and always made me feel at ease. Dr. Broad and Donna are truly amazing! From the moment I stepped into their office, I felt welcomed and cared for. They are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also compassionate, taking the time to answer all my questions and ease my concerns. Dr. Jennifer Broad is a great gynecological provider in the Newport Beach/Costa Mesa area. She goes above and beyond to provide a comforting experience for patients and is knowledgeable about many unique conditions. Her office staff is pleasant and wait times are very reasonable. She gets to the root cause of issues as opposed to just putting a "band-aid" on it. She roots for your overall health and truly listens and cares. Highly recommend Dr. Broad! - 3/24/2024
