					Hands down the best doctor, let alone OBGYN, that I have ever been treated by. I started with Dr. Broad at 14 weeks pregnant, she delivered my tiny delicious tyrant, and I 100% plan on seeing her as my gynecologist. I see some people complaining about the phone issue or wait times.

1. The phone issue was handled. Yea, it was annoying. Oh well. The healthcare provided far superseded my annoyance. That's why when I couldn't get through, I went to the office in person to make my appointments, with a smile on my face because, again, best care ever.

2. I never cared about wait times (if any) upon arrival. Why? Because when I was in the room with Dr. Broad she took the time to diligently answer every single one of my questions and make sure I was informed and calm before leaving her office. If she did that with me, she did that with all her patients. That much diligence causes wait times. WORTH IT. read less

I had my son 9 months ago and every visit I had with them was wonderful, they’re true professionals. I’m new to the area and they made me feel welcomed from the first visit, I looked forward to every visit! I went into labor a month before my son was due and Dr. Broad and her team made me feel so comfortable and ready to have this little guy. I recommend her to everyone! 					I simply love this woman! She's so caring and loving towards her patients, you don't get that everywhere. She makes sure she addresses everything before you leave her office. I understand where the negative comments are coming from but that has nothing to do with doctor Broad.

The staff and/or the system has nothing to do with doctor Broad directly. They've had phone problems for a couple months now due to previous bad IT work but I guarantee you she's the best OB doctor you can find especially in Orange County. Today I had my appointment and was in and out fairly quick. read less

I was dealing with ovarian cyst issues for quite sometime and kept getting referred out to other doctors. Started to lose hope that I would ever feel normal again. Eventually, I was referred to Dr Broad and her care and expertise are incomparable!  She is amazing! Her positive approach and knowledge gave me confidence and trust in knowing I was in GREAT hands. I’m now almost 2 months post op and feel even better than I did before. The day of my surgery I was ready to get up and walk about! Only had a few days of mild post op discomfort but nothing bad just what was expected. The staff is also very helpful, understanding and welcoming. Although the phones do get tied up a bit, just leave a message and someone does get back to you within an appropriate time frame. It’s a new office that took over the previous one so have patience because the care is top notch! read less
